We want you to be completely satisfied with your Human Design report. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund.

How to Request a Refund

Simply email us at charlie@youreports.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Include your order number or the email address used for the purchase. We will process your refund promptly.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
