What We Collect

When you purchase a report or create an account, we collect your name and email address.

To generate your Human Design report, you provide your birth date, time, and location. We do not store this birth data. Once we calculate the astrological positions needed for your report, your birth information is discarded and not retained in our systems.

How We Use Your Information

We use your name and email to deliver your purchased reports, send order confirmations and transactional emails, and occasionally send newsletters about new reports or updates. You can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through ThriveCart and Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Payment processors handle all financial data according to their own privacy policies and PCI compliance standards.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. Your account is protected by a password you create. We recommend using a strong, unique password.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also update your account information directly through your account settings.
